Refund policy

We accept returns, replacements, or refunds if an item is damaged or faulty.

Return Eligibility:
Items must be damaged, defective, or faulty. The item should be in the same condition you received it, with tags and in its original packaging if possible. Please keep your receipt or proof of purchase.

How to Request a Return or Replacement:
Contact us through our Contact Page and explain the issue. For damaged products, send us a video or photo of the damage as soon as possible so we can resolve the issue quickly.

Exchanges:
To get a different item, it’s fastest to request a return or replacement and then place a separate order for the new item.

Refunds:
Once we receive and inspect your item, we will notify you if the refund is approved. Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method. Please note your bank or credit card company may take some time to post the refund.
